• 10-Year Workmanship Warranty on products BESIDES bathrooms
• 2-Year workmanship warranty on bathroom remodels
• Manufacturer’s Material Warranty (varies by product)
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within warranty period

Warranty is void if:

• Unauthorized modifications are made
• Regular maintenance is neglected
• Work is performed by unauthorized contractors

4. Liability and Insurance

• SMR HomePros carries full commercial liability insurance
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not disclosed during initial assessment
• Client property will be protected during service
• Minor landscaping disturbance is possible and not considered damage

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in Lucas County, Ohio jurisdiction.
