The roof was of excellent quality, and the workers installed it quickly and very well. What stood out about our experience with SMR was how the owners handled a few issues that came up. They were hands-on, communicated clearly, and made sure the job got done right. You can tell they actually care about their customers, and the quality of their work. Mistakes happen and it’s rare to find a company that takes that kind of responsibility and follows through.

From the original canvasing call to questions I had along the way I always reached Stevie on the office line who was familiar with the case which is so refreshing from calling a businesses office/customer service type line. Even with some oddness from our city, SMR handled every curveball the job at my house threw at us for replacing the roof.

I needed a new roof for my house and garage. SMR Home Pros has excellent reviews and fair prices. I spoke with Alex about the work. He explained everything clearly so that I could understand what needed to be done. Their crew came out and worked very hard and professionally. I had three to four layers of shingles on the house. They stripped all of that off, put all new plywood and gave me an incredibly solid and beautiful roof. It looks very sharp and clean. The project manager I worked with was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He and his team did an excellent job. Any questions or concerns I had were dealt with immediately. It was the first roof replacement I have ever purchased and the experience could not have been better. I give them a 5 star review, and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new roof.

The crew showed up ready to work. They came on one of the hottest days of the summer and worked all day. The crew supervisor Montoya came out both days to check on the progress of the crew. When the job was finished the Project Manager came out to inspect the job and did not leave any stones unturned. He made sure everything was done right. I would recommend this company.

Carlos their estimator is very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The whole crew is amazing. I highly recommend their services. I am completely satisfied.

I reached out because my roof started leaking water into my closet. SMR Home Pros reached out to me the same day I called and they promptly came out for an estimate that same week. They thoroughly inspected the metal roof and the rubber flat roof and provided recommendations. The existing rubber roof was about 10 years old and needed to be replaced and there was some work needed on the metal roof. Mike and his team went above and beyond to make sure the metal roof (done by an amateur) was installed correctly and wouldn't cause my problems in the future. We just had two different days of record rainfall and there haven't been any issues with the roof. That peace of mind is why I recommend them to help with your project.

I got my roof replaced and on the first day Alex’s shingle crew worked until 8pm on the first day! I didn’t ask them to. The crew leader came up to me and asked if I was ok with them working so late.
